What specific services do your midwives provide for pregnant women?

Our midwives provide a wide range of services for pregnant women, including prenatal care, labor and delivery support, postpartum care, breastfeeding support, and newborn care. We also offer education and counseling on pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting.

Are your midwives licensed and certified?

Yes, all of our midwives are licensed and certified by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), which is the regulatory body for midwives in the United Kingdom.

What is the typical cost of using your midwifery services and are they covered by insurance?

The cost of using our midwifery services varies depending on the specific services needed and the location of the birth. However, we do accept both private insurance and NHS funding for our services. We also offer payment plans and sliding scale fees for those who need financial assistance.

Can your midwives assist with home births or only in hospital settings?

Our midwives are trained to provide care in both home and hospital settings, and we support a woman's right to choose where she gives birth. We work closely with local hospitals and have established transfer protocols in case of emergency.

What is your midwives' philosophy on pain management during childbirth?

We believe in providing women with a range of options for pain management during childbirth, including natural methods such as breathing techniques, relaxation, and hydrotherapy, as well as medical interventions like epidurals. Our midwives work closely with each woman to develop a personalized birth plan that meets her individual needs and preferences.

Rude midwife who interred with my mrs pregnancy. We both work and are 25years of age! There’s no concern for working adults raising children when we have a stable home. She decided to call social services regardless and get a needle jammed in my mrs arm. Very shallow woman and is like a beginner on the computer, very slow and not clued up on how to use one. To add to this she was 1 hour 15min late and she never called to let us know Please avoid seeing Lorna as she causes problems for no valid reason.
