Picks up the call just to stay quiet, acts like they aren’t even there but you can hear them rustling in the background and they hang up on you after 5 seconds. Horrible service.

It was fine when I arrived however outside the room seemed to get noisy with and angry patient and when it was time to go as the patient had not calmed down and left yet the employee put me out first to make sure it's all ok was not impressed
