This team keep phoning me to discuss a referral in my name, but I've not asked to see them, I know nothing about a referral, they offer nothing of interest to me. It appear the referrals are being sent from a doctors surgery, I'm not even registered with. The people phoning are aggressive, rude and refuse to cooperate with me in anyway. Simply asking them to explain the referral (I can't help them if they won't explain anything), results in them calling me "hostile" over and over again, whilst still refusing to explain... Again, I just don't have a clue what they are banging on about!
