    They rob me of 123£ for cancellation fee where i was told at the beginning that in case of moving the house to the area which will not be supplied by them there will not be any charge for it. So that happened i moved s house 6 months before end of the contract and they changed me that amount. They exactly know what they do as the sales people who walk around the are proposing the services saying what they want and after it you as a customer have to take responsibility for it. I send a lot of emails explaining the problem and i was just told ‘Sorry that our sales person made a mistake’ but they did not take the responsibility. Its not about the money. Its a about the rules!!! HIGHLY NO RECOMMEND!

    The Technical Support Specialist Carl, provided exceptional customer service. His customer service skills and knowledge is second to none! I called on 2 previous occasions and my issue was not dealt with. I was told that I had to wait for another appointment after having no internet connection for over 3 weeks. Carl managed to solve the problem from his end, saving resources and restoring my confidence in Community Fibre! Carl is an outstanding Technical Support Specialist who should given the responsibility to train staff so they too can reach this level of excellence!
