    This place gets worse every time I call I called on Monday line went dead after a hour. Called on Tuesday no problem called Wednesday to get a new sick note was told it would be done on Thursday called Thursday lunch time seif it will be done later then get a tex at 7 I need to see someone why was I not told earlier

    I need a blood test straight away the reception we have got nothing this week but next week you can book it I got my scan this week I told them it's urgent and I don't seem to say well we ain't got nothing this week. they forget who pays the wages if it wasn't for us patients phone won't be there doing the job at the reception because without patients will be paid their wages

    got a message the other day saying I’ll get a call at 9am today for blood results no call I called at 11 they said they was running late I called again at 1 said they can call anytime and the time they give doesn’t matter by 6pm I still had no call I called the receptionist said I’m on the list I’ll get one soon I’ve received no call today abd it’s now shut

    The worst GP I have ever been to. The Dr. from room 1 (African lady) works without gloves, is insecure in her job, unprofessional! Makes you worry while you are in her office. I will move from them asap. I should have complain about her attitude and unprofessional work.

    Absolutely useless, sit on hold for over 40 minutes but walked into the office whilst still on hold no one was waiting, no one was on the phone! Explain why I'm on hold so long then they were just chatting!!

After all day awaiting his call been told that's been trying twice with no success. Absolutely disgusting. Buy the way still awaiting my previous call which one is been 2 year ago.
