The Place for Reise and Muller. I visited to forge my own opinion of the quality of the bikes and tried a couple. After listening to my requirements , James advised me to take a look at a particular model which was still boxed, he assembled the bike there and then and I was able to have a test ride. The bike was exactly right for me, I requested further puncture resistance for the tyres which James sourced and fitted, I was able to collect and ride away a couple of days later. Very happy with the complete experience and with the bike itself

I chose him as he was super helpful and had a terrific selection of R&M models to try offered at a good price. He helped me select just the right specification for my needs and kept me fully informed as to the progress of the building and delivery. The bike is a revelation to ride and is perfect for my needs. Having worked from home the last 2years it was time to head back into the office. I decided to ditch the train and get an electric bike to do a 15 mile commute from Potters Bar. I visited Fully Charged in London Bridge to look at a few Riese & Mullers and decided the Charger4 GT Vario was the one for me. The chap at London Bridge was pleasant and polite. The bike is not the cheapest but it is a quality piece of German engineering which came in at £5419. With this price in mind I did naturally ask for a discount but nothing could be discounted as it was the latest model released. Also no freebies could be given which was rather disappointing considering the fairly hefty price tag. So a quick search brought me to CommonRider. I spoke to James who was extremely helpful, he kindly offered me a discount on the same bike and also accepted Evans cycle vouchers at no extra cost. James had to process the voucher with Evans and this was done in a couple of days. Bike was literally delivered to my home by himself and did a handover showing me the bikes features. James also provided me with a few really useful freebies for my bike. Put slime prevention fluid in the inner tubes. The following day i appeared to have a slow puncture. I was struggling to remove the wheel and emailed James on a Friday evening and he returned my email with advice on how to remove the wheel. He also offered to send a mobile repairer to fix the puncture for me. All in all I cannot praise James enough for the care and service he has provided to me. He has exceeded my expectations by far and nothing is too much trouble. If you are looking for an electric bike speak to James and you will have the best experience ever guaranteed.
