Such a bad company, Please do not use. They damaged my fridge freezer during installation and fitted a slanting fridge freezer cabinet . At first i thought i would just managed but this destroyed my fridge freezer. when i complained to them to com fix it. they responded to say the warranty was over even though i sent them an expert engineer report from Domestic and general showing they has damaged and badly installed the fridge, but they still refused, the customer service agent by name Josh Ward was unbelievably rude to me. Do not do business with them. crooked thieves. ignore them see attached pictures and engineers report

their kitchen doors started to peel within months in our new build flat and they replaced them at first. but they still peel off and have done for years. they don't seem to be able to fix this issue and now want to charge for replacements as they are out of warranty. but if you haven't fixed the problem and they still peel how can you charge? really poor service with no regard for customer satisfaction. what a horrible way to run a business. Why wouldn't you want to help a client if your product is faulty?

Absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. My Commodore kitchen was damaged due to water leak in my apartment and i tried to contact Commodore for replacement units/materials, since they advertised on their website that they assist homeowners with replacement and additional units. After 3 days trying to talk to customer service i got a response that they are not willing to help me because they are only contract kitchen suppliers and I should go to Magnet. If that is so, why do they advertise that they help homeowners with their kitchens? Simply do not buy a property that has a commodore kitchen!

Cancelled due to staff sickness 15 minutes before 1pm appointment after waiting 5 months for the appointment to resolve an outstanding matter. No rescheduling as unable to do so. Highly recommend avoiding this company.

Poor quality kitchen units. We moved into our new build house and the laminate on the kitchen cupboards/doors began to "lift" and come unstuck. The affected doors were replaced initially but it has continued - we now have what should have been a high spec kitchen held together with glue and masking tape! Needless to say the glue and tape doesn't work and it looks awful. This has been a widespread problem across our estate but now it is out of warranty (which is only 2 years) Commodore Design aren't interested. So if you are happy with a kitchen that might only look good for a couple of years then go for it but personally I would have expected it to last much longer. One star because I can't give less.

We ordered a new 4 door larder cupboard to supplement the cupboards in our new house. At nearly £1400 this was not cheap. However, to date and over more than 3 months, we have received in 3 deliveries, the carcass, 3 doors, 2 doors which are not drilled for fixings and are useless and 2packs if shelves which are the wrong size. It is so frustrating that we have a carcass with a door missing and no shelves. In fact a useless cupboard! They just don't seem to be able to get anything right.
