    Despite what other reviews state and how genuine they are we are UTTERLY DISGUSTED with the service provided by TAKE MY CALLS/COMM LINK. Months ago, we attempted to contact this company several times via its online message portal with a sales enquiry. These messages and emails went unanswered so when we called to make a complaint only then did, we speak with the company MD Mike Burkinshaw. Despite apologies for the lack of communication and a detailed telephone call we were still unsure about how professional this company were so decided to not engage them. Then Covid-19 struck and our current telephone provider decided to cease trading with all the uncertainty. Rushed to ensure we had telephone cover in place I emailed Mike Burkinshaw to advise we had signed up to his company online and asked for reassurances that despite previous communication had been poor could he assure us things would improve. To date, this email from the MD has gone unanswered. Despite numerous issues during our first month with TAKE MY CALLS/COMM LINK with all of our initial call instructions not being adhered to which resulted in us having to consistently check the calls were being answered and dealt with as we had initially instructed. We had to email most weeks to make updates and changes for things we did not request. Like extending call charging times by keeping the caller on hold when patching the calls through to us and then leaving us a voicemail message on our mobiles despite still emailing the message through to us! Something we NEVER requested! On 01.07 we received an email from Kerry Fowler confirming our spend amount for the month with NO supporting invoice or breakdown. We were assured at sign up we would get an invoice and a breakdown of service on 1st of every month. We requested an Invoice or a breakdown from Kerry Fowler to date this has still not been sent and is still outstanding. On checking our bank account on 1st of every month as we do as part of our internal audit procedures, we noticed a DD set up for a company we did not recognise or have any DD mandate matching this company name. We spoke to our bank and they advise we stop the DD until we ascertain who it was from. On 02.07 we got an email from Kerry Fowler stating the following “I have been informed this morning that your DD Mandate has been cancelled. In line with our Company Policy, your service has now been suspended as we have no valid means of payment in place, therefore we are no longer taking your calls until this has been resolved”. We had no pre-warning or curtsey telephone call to state our calls would be terminated within a given timescale unless any issues were resolved. our calls were simply just terminated, and all our callers were greeted with a dead phone line! The DD name on the mandate does not match the name the DD is set up in!! This company is a disgrace and under no circumstance would I recommend you trust your important business with this company. We should have taken note of the initial warning signs and stuck with our apprehensions to avoid using TAKE MY CALLS after the very poor initial introduction we had with this company when first trying to reach out to them!
