Alex always provides an exceptional 5 star service when purchasing/swapping my photocopier. His after care is second to none and he has stepped in to solve issues that were not part of his role I am sure. Dave, the engineer, always provides a professional and high quality level of service and again goes above and beyond to help with any issues I have with my copier. For both of these employees, nothing is too much trouble and they make me feel a valued customer. If it wasn't for these, I would probably changed my service provider.
