Beware of these cowboys. They damaged our driveway by dropping (!) the skip they were trying to pick-up and subsequently hide behind their terms and conditions. Luckily our builder was happy to help us temporarily fix our driveway so we don't have to resort to court action. These guys really couldn't care less. Edit: In response to the owner, we have had multiple skips on the driveway in the same location from reputable companies. These have also been skips with rubble so of comparable weight. There was no pre existing damage to the driveway. This is a concrete driveway, not something fragile. Your inept driver dropped the skip when it was full, creating two holes from the impact. The dropped skip caused a large section to be levered upwards, even standing on top of the levered section would not cause it to move, this could only be done by a severe impact. We went through mediation and the mediator found in our favour saying "there is no defence to this, this is negligence on their part". Even with this, you refuse to take responsibility. As we've said many times, we're not looking for a pay-out; we simply want to be able to use our drive without risking damage to our vehicle as a result of your actions. We've since managed to temporarily resolve it on our own, but we feel the public should be aware to avoid companies such as yours. Service: Trash removal & disposal
