Not a genuine review? You might find it it because here's the receipt We purchased a corner sofa and a 2 seater back in November last year. We initially had issues with the corner sofa so a replacement was sent and it had marks (transit marks) we informed the company and settle for a partial settlement. 5 months later, the 2 seater is already falling to bits, panel on the arm as fallen off exposing nails. The quality of these sofas are shocking, to be honest, A sofa should last for much longer than 5 months. Never again. The 2 stars are for the in shop service and replacement.

I am extremely happy with my order from Comfyy Sleep! I ordered on Monday and by Wednesday 2pm (today) I’d received my order! Not even 48 hours after I’d ordered had I received my new bed. I was kept informed of delivery, bed options etc and the delivery men even carried it up the stairs for me! The bed was in pristine condition and super easy to assemble. I’d definitely order from them again! Thank you :)

Ordered over 5 months ago, keep saying they’ll deliver and they never do They keep saying call at this time yet they never answer my calls and when they do they hang up as soon as they realise it’s me even though I still don’t have the bed I ordered Wish I’d went elsewhere to have never been in this situation They clearly don’t care about their customers Literally have screenshots of messages of them laughing at me due to not having the bed I’d save your money and order from elsewhere
