Took my children here for the first time today. My older child who is 10 was watching her 2 year old brother, playing with him. I didn't pay for her as its not a big soft play for her to have fun in so I said at the desk when I entered that she is 10 and they didn't charge me. I went to the toilet and when I come out I was approached by 2 members of staff telling me I need to pay for her as she's inside playing. I said I don't mind paying but i thought she was too big to play and she was only sitting watching her brother, they said yeah you have to pay so I did. I wouldn't of had an issue with this, but everything she done, she was told off. One member of staff kept hovering near her, telling her off for basically moving! 'Don't go on the bouncy hopper, your too big' 'get out of there it's for under 6's' (the only children in this area was my children and my friends children) another parent actually stepped in and said but there's another child over 6 in there and they are only sitting supervising siblings. 'Don't move that, it belongs over there' When I arrived at 3.30, they was hoovering and considering it didn't close until 5.30, my 2 year old was scared of the hoover and they was getting close to him with it. I don't usually leave bad reviews but I spent over £25 for entry and 4 drinks for about an hour of play. My daughter felt so uncomfortable in the end we left after an hour. I was planning on getting the children food there but after the first 10 mins I got the feel that my older daughter wasn't welcome so I won't be returning. I'm guessing that's why there was no one in there either. Such shame that in a place like that, children aren't allowed to have fun.

I wanted to say what a lovely, welcoming, warm place this is. It's not only a good place for my son, it's a good place for me. It's a great way to meet other mums, and other children to connect and play. It's clean, fun, and the staff are so friendly I will really miss them as I'm moving to another area. I hope I find somewhere that we love and visit as regularly as this place. Cant recommend enough! X

Not really sure what to say. I booked for our family, they sent me an email saying that they had "problems with the system" and a large booking instead, asked me if I wanted to rebook or refund and then disappeared and never refunded the money. I am seriously perplexed. Edit: after the review they got in touch and sent me the refund, all good now.

It’s way too small. To have a soft play venue it should be much bigger with more things for small toddlers. It felt cramped and too hot, and this was only on a Thursday

Absolutely fantastic stay and play soft play for the kids. It was brilliant. Food and drink a little on the pricey side but understandable with the costs of everything at the moment. Facilities and cleanliness was excellent and atmosphere was just perfect. I will absolutely be going again with my toddlers. Vegetarian options: Plenty of variety on the menu. Kid-friendliness: Perfect place for babies and toddlers. Separate soft play for littler ones Dietary restrictions: They were out of alternative milk for coffee but did ordinarily offer it. Jacket potato as gluten free option

Very poor. I came to stay only for 30 minutes as the place would close by 5pm arriving 4:30pm and they charged me full price. Then 10 min before finishing start telling to the kids some areas were closing. Basically telling people to start to leave. Not returning anymore!
