Shocking service. They charged £360 to send a engineer out for a 10min look at our heater. Then taken nearly 2weeks to send a report over and cost to fix our heater which they said needed a replacement fan. Got a local company then who said only the bearings needed replacing which cost a quarter of the £2500 they quoted.

Job done wrong twice when having 2 heaters installed. Installer fitted heater control panel with the built in sensor behind the heater where it doesn't calibrate well. Also the fan doesn't operate in the summer from the control box so have to change some wiring and swapped 2 live terminals in the service box to operate it.

I would say that this Company is the worst out there, If you have problems with their products which is highly likely, then the aftercare is non existent. The calls are never returned and you can never get answers.
