    I have been doing George's classes for 3 months now and I have noticed a huge improvement in my overall fitness. His classes are well designed over the week to balance cardio with strength training, high and low intensity. Classes cater to all abilities which makes it accessible to everyone. Don't expect any cancelled sessions due to the weather, and expect to push yourself hard during classes - but all classes are run in a very welcoming and enjoyable way, and there is a great community of people who attend. Highly recommend, and is a great alternative to going to the gym / running during the week!

    Anyone looking to join the Armed Forces, Fire Service etc or anything really…..this is the place to go. I thought I was training hard until I turned up to the first session…..and in the 3 weeks since have seen a big jump towards the higher entry test standards needed (the dreaded beep test etc). As advertised it’s no thrills and you will probably throw up at some point. Already fitter than I’ve ever been though and now any doubts about passing my upcoming physical entry tests have been squashed
