    I was looking forward to my appointment here but honestly I was left paying a huge bill for a sub par service. I booked an appointment for BIAB which I misunderstood, and nail art totalling 1 hour 15mins. I also specifically requested a technician that had good reviews, but they gave me someone else without informing me prior. They informed me that they couldn’t do the service and instead did Apres nails, without even asking if this is what I wanted. I had the press ons stuck and painted in less than an hour, and was charged an extra £12 for the service. When I looked on Treatwell, it showed that actually the service should have been at £10 less than what I originally paid. However, because this was in store I was told I need to pay the extra and not the amount shown on Treatwell. I felt that given the service took less than an hour, and that I had a different technician than who I asked for, this was unfair. This was significantly worsened by the fact that the nails fell off in less than two weeks. It was just a poor job, and poor service from the salon. I ended up paying nearly £70 for stick on nails that couldn’t last the duration of my holiday. Totally disappointing, would not recommend

    Terrible. Initially perfect looking gel manicure, very good shape on the nails. But not properly sealed. Within days five had chipped and nails broken to each - they’d been a lovely long length when I went there, so really annoying. I contacted for a refund and was offered a redo or £10. I don’t want s redo from somewhere that has proved they can’t do a gel manicure to last. The tiny fraction of a refund is pretty paltry when half of your nails broken after a manicure means the entire look of your hands is gone and you won’t have the length back for a month or two! I questioned it and they just stopped replying. So as it stands I don’t even have the partial refund. Obviously, wouldn’t go again or recommend to someone.

    Terribile experience, I booked throughout Treatwell, I wanted to do metallic nails, they didn’t have the product which is fine but I didn’t want to do other nails so I asked them if it was possible to have a refound. They told me to contact Treatwell and explain what happened to have the money back. Long story short Treatwell contacted them and they refused to refund me. They took £30 without doing anything. They also tried to tell me that I had to pay because I booked a person and their time, unfortunately for them I booked 10 minutes before the appointment and left after 3 minutes. They even refuse to do a partial refound. So unprofessional REPLY: The colour I wanted to do was silver metallic, which I thought it is quite common, having saying that and the fact I booked with short notice (so I guess the spot was free) The issue is that I asked you if it was possible to get a refound since I didn’t want to waste your time and I was told it was possible through the app, if you would have told me it was not possible than fair I could’ve done something else or actually loosing the money. The issue is that you said one thing and than refused to give the money and I’m sorry but there was a clarity issue which I feel it wasn’t mine because you told me it was possible through Treat well
