Hanane is amazing! Her macarons are fantastic, go buy some now!! So so yummy! Last weekend i did the 3 hour macaron masterclass at Barleylands for my birthday and had such a brilliant time. It would make a fantastic thing to do for a group of 6 friends for a hen or something too! And you get to take home the macarons you make too whixh are delicious! Sign up - you wont regret it!

I never thought I’d be able to make macarons myself but how wrong I was. I attended Hanane’s masterclass on Saturday as a birthday present and came away with 16 delicious macarons. The studio/kitchen is immaculate, the class is well paced, clear and fun. So glad I did it.

Making macarons masterclass today. Fabulous class with recipe for making them and ganache and made 16 macarons, choosing the colour and filling. I would highly recommend all of Hanane's cake from macarons to French patisserie. All made with natural ingredients by Hanane with no mass producing and therefore exceptional quality. We've had cakes for 4 special occasions now and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Did a Macaron masterclass with Hannah. She was fabulous, extremely patience with us novices. Gave clear instructions, and also fantastic tips that we can use when doing other baking projects too. Came away with some tasty macarons. Lovely well equipped studio. Was offered tea too!
