AVOID! I ordered online from this site. Payment was taken, but no confirmation email of my order. My order was for collection from store and I expected collection to be ready sooner then delivery. A few days passed still no response from company. My order was still in progress online. No updates. I tried calling the company on the numbers given online via website and Google. Some calls stated "unrecognised number " and one number just rang continuously. Finally, I then decided to email the company given them a deadline of response for my order as well as a warning of a refund/ trading standard. And behold I received refund. No response nothing regarding my order. Just a refund in my PayPal account. I wouldn't bother with a company who doesn't update customers of the progress of their order nor bother with a company who does not email confirmation order, but take money immediately from customers.

I would not give the 1 star really, but unable to give zero stars. Paid for my item, chased them by email, tried to call them by telephone with no response. I have no item, no response from them, but they have my money, so obviously they don't care now. Stay well clear of them. Edited to say after many messages, we did eventually get the item ordered, and as a goodwill gesture, they refunded the payment, so I have upped the rating to 2 stars based on this.
