A long standing customer who sadly cannot understand how this once-great shop could sadly fall from grace so badly. I have made regular orders with the team at Colormax Ealing over the years and have recently found the prices differ depending on who you speak to behind the front counter. If you catch the right team members (specifically Sahil and the youngest Gentleman whose name I sadly forget!), your experience is very pleasant and fair, however if you find yourself dealing with anybody else, you must prepare for prices made up on the spot and a lack of honest justification as to why. It appears when the boss is away, the camp really is run painfully differently.

I have been a customer of Colormax in Ealing since 2019 (Pre-Pandemic) and have always enjoyed the quality of their output and communication. Unfortunately, over the past year, the quality of said communication has severely depreciated. On a good day, you get the service and price you grow to expect. On a bad day, however, you receive lacklustre output for an over-inflated price. It truly is 'luck of the draw', depending on who you speak to behind the counter, which is terribly unfortunate.
