Angus helped us from start to finish. His service was aboe and beyond what you could expect From advice on stove, installation, hearth and surround. He made the entire project simple with great advice and help. Clie did the installation and was on time, efficient and clean. It took a couple of hours and the entire thing was done. Very professional and friendly. I cant recommend this company enough!

It started off very well, Angus is very personable and offered good advice. We ordered a stove a couple of weeks later, or at least we tried too, although this appears very difficult! After a site visit, follow up emails I’m still waiting for a confirmed quotation and estimated date for installation. Needless to say after weeks of waiting, the lack of communication and organisation has forced me to move into another supplier.

Well where do I start I rang and spoke with Angus explaining exactly what my requirements were from the make of wood burner to the complete installation package I gave him my address to be told that they covered our area which was about 20 minutes away, I was told they had one on display and to pop over within the next 2 hours as they were shutting We duley turned up and were greeted by Angus. That's where it went down hill. The office phone rang twice and although we were in mid discussion he trotted off and took the calls that lasted between 5 and 10 minutes whilst drinking his coffee, even though there was a female in the shop dusting the display. No assistance from her, and finally when we decided on the fire type and went to book the site visit and installation he then informed me that the firm they use to install were not exactly their company by sub'd out and we were 11 minutes further than they travel. In this climate I would have thought they would have wanted the business As an authorised distributor of this make they cost that company between £2500 and £3200 I have emailed that company as they should know A very poor and rude level of service from a gentleman of a mature age that should know better So off we went to another company 40 minutes away who were polar ends apart attentive they listened to our requirements and they now have our business
