We received a great service from Colne Stoves. The multi fuel stove and chimney liner installation was done on time and to a very high standard. I also liked that Colne Stoves provided us with proper written invoices and quotations. All the other stove installers in the Colchester area couldn't be bothered to reply to emails and phone calls or just did not want the work. Easily the best installer in the Essex Tendring area and the only one I would recommend to our friends.

Truly appalling company to deal with. Left our expensive new stove only half, and poorly, installed and not working properly for two and half months including over Christmas and despite numerous calls, none of which were returned, failed to come back to remedy the matter. Thankfully we discovered Scoria Fireplaces in Bishops Stortford who uninstalled and then properly installed our stove which is now working as it should.
