Went to all the effort to get the documents to claim after messing about with website that didnt work, online 'service' that didnt work to be given an emiail address finally to send my claim inot. The emails address didnt work. And this is a company that was subcontracted? by a trabel insurance company recommended by Which??????

Nightmare. Was robbed of my passport and my money in valenicia. Insurance offices closed when in opening hours, staff do not know what they are doing. Constantly putting on hold and never anything resolved. Systems always down when looking into. My Claim. I would NEVER go with these. Waste of money and time. Talk abut kicking you when you are at youre lowest point and desperate situation.

Total rip off…I paid for the most expensive single trip travel cover and was quarantined for 1 month in Dubai with my wife and two grandchildren…I have sent all the information including bank statements, receipts, boarding cards everything…After 15 months and more than 30 emails…They have said none of us was covered…These guys are total crooks !! BEWARE DONT LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU…

Post Office Travel Insurance use Collinson as their broker and it's been a bad experience from the start. The online claim form doesn't work properly, meaning you have to phone up. When I got my claim logged, I got no response after four weeks when I chased for an update. When I eventually got a phone call, they asked for information that I could no longer provide as too much time had passed. Complete waste of money.

Absolutely diabolical customer service, i.e it does not exist. They do not answer the phone or any number of email communications. They provide travel insurance for the Post Office , save yourself the stress and grief and go elsewhere. I am now having to instigate legal action as they cannot even answer an email. Claim was immediately dismissed although it meets the criteria of their terms and conditions. Awful company. Just wish I had seen the reviews and not trusted thePost Office to use a reputable insurance company
