Dry cleaning service is fine, but if you are looking for shoe repair, to avoid at all cost. Wasting your money there. Had to have work redone. And even then, after 6 months of very light office use (used about 10 times), the heel of one shoe was again a problem, glue giving away. The guy they use for shoe is a joke. They should just stop proposing this service.

I sent two pair of shoes to which I wanted to extend the velcro. Not only did they not follow the instructions about adding the velcro the lip of the shoes but they glued a quick industrial velcro and called it a day. After questioning their work they redid it and ruined further the shoes. Velcro was ripped off leaving massive gaps of torn material and where the velcro was added the shoe seam was compromised. Not to mentioned returned with pen stains at the back of the shoe.This bothched job cost £15.00 pounds per pair. I would have prefered they said they couldn't do it than ruin products. I don't know about their dry cleaning service but definitely do not use for shoe repair.

I had a pair of new leather shoes rubber soled in January for £40. I largely wear them in my office only and between our offices, occasionally home from work. In early March and in the space of the same week both heels came completely off. I've had many shoes soled over my lifetime and whilst they do occasionally fall off its a) after many years and b) one shoe at a time. I took the shoes back to question the quality of their work and have them repaired properly. The guy laughed and said '2 months? It's too long, the guy is never gonna do it'. When a service provider laughs at you, you know they really couldn't give a sh&t about their product or their service. Good luck with business guys and have a nice life.

Terrible shoe service, cannot do basic shoe repairs. Shoes (or should I say heals) are not repaired on site. They are sent out for repair by 2nd party... Go to a proper cobbler, they do it all.
