I'd love to praise Kitty & Linda separately and give them 100 stars each. But the GPs and receptionists are absolutely devoid of common sense when they think my diabetic husband can go without his insulin for 10 days so that one of the nurses can sort it out. Absolutely disgusting lack or care and no understanding that mismanagement of diabetes can kill.
