I live near the care home and there has been incessant yelling/droning almost every night coming from the care home. It’s so loud that I cannot sleep. Pls do something about this.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all unfortunately. In my experience they certainly did not meet the needs of my father. No care at all, complained about taking an incapacitated man to the toilet. Dietary requirements are non existent Communication is poor, and the attitude is terrible. Very neglectful. Utterly disgusted and upset at their treatment of my father.

Collingwood care home has lived to its standards of being a person-centered care home as the facility has taken consideration every residents’ needs in their day-to-day activities. I have seen how hard-working and dedicated the staff were from the home manager down to its carers. They have provided the essential needs of everyone and they made sure that Collingwood can be called as their own home.
