This place is the real deal! Absolute real deal. The receptionist Stella was so really lovely. This apartment is located in a very clean, communal and secure area. The apartment itself is super super clean, even the door handles and light switches were spotless. The apartment was so comfortable, quiet and warm, I had breath taking experience. Everything was just perfect. The next day we had cleaners come up and clean the whole apartment. I am so pleased with the services we received, including the eclairs in the reception 😌. I would definitely be staying there again and I will highly recommend this breathtaking apartment. However, if you have a car, there are no cheap parking around, you’re looking at £40 - £50 for 24 hours and it’s still a little walk from the apartment. So next time I’ll come prepared with my parking excess 😉.

Spaciousness- we stayed in 3 bedder and we enjoyed the space provided. It also came with a balcony. We have 4 adults, 1 teen and 2 children. Cleanliness- the equipment was fairly clean and the daily room cleaning was basic. However the floor is very squeaky and felt like something was broken. Comfort- Beds were not great and comfort barely pass. The teen had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living and bed was terrible. He had a bad ache sleeping in that. Originally charge £30/night but was waived when we feedback. Reasonable enough. Cost- very subjective but we paid £700 per night. For the comments above, i felt abit overpriced. However, there are very few alternatives Location- not super central and require a short taxi or metro ride to most places.

Apparts très bien situés entre deux stations ( earls court et Gloucester road ). Une cuisine est tres pratique et totalement bien équipée pour se reposer et très utile quand on n a pas envie de sortir. Le personnel est serviable et attentionné ( merci on adore les After 8 ! ) Le quartier est très calme et magnifique, tout en brique rouge avec des restos à proximité, des musées , des petits supermarchés et des parcs.
