Trying to get a non urgent appointment is impossible. Why can't I book a few weeks down the line ? Why do I have to call every morning at 8am to join a mile long que to be told sorry no appointments. Why are they not in the 21st century and using on line appointments. The pre recorded voice tells you this is the best way for heavens sake . !!!!

I realize it is a very busy time for Doctors and generally once getting through to a Doctor or Nurse I feel you get good treatment but SOME of the reception team are extremally rude and very unhelpful, a lot of jobs have pressure, however I think they need to go on a training course on good manners.

Staff are all very nice. The surgery now seems to be operating as it should under the circumstances which is very gratifying. However it still does not seem you can book an appointment online even though the website has this functionality. However major step forward after covid.

rude doctors, dont listen appropriately. One doctor told the founder of CBS charity that CBS doesn't exist. Prescribed incorrect medication as well as medication for an undiagnosed illness as well as not taking appropriate action to diagnose. Seems to just want to prescribe any medication to get the patient out the door. Unprofessional and malpractice to say the least. Beware.
