We went to a foraging and cookery day. It was amazing. The staff were so knowledgable and friendly. Harriet was the best host. The food was absolutely epic: fresh, delicious and plentiful. It was a fantastic day out and well worth every penny!

Was booked onto a patisserie day course with Steve Lyons as a Christmas present. Absolutely fantastic day - can't imagine it having been better. Greeted in the morning with homemade cookies and coffee by the wonderful Harriet. Then taken through making shortcrust, rough puff, a chocolate tart, a stilton and spinach tart and an apple Tarte tatin over the course of the day by Steve who was a font of knowledge. Had a bit of our respective Stilton tarts for lunch with salad and wine. Went home arms heaving with lovely things I'd made. Honestly can't imagine how the day and the course could have been better. Will certainly be having a look at future courses, and would absolutely recommend to anyone who loves food.

My 11year old daughter attended a MasterChef experience at colliers cookery school and throughly enjoyed the day . Harriet greeted us and spoke about what was planned for the day ,checked all about allergies and asked if she could take photos which she would forward to us as a keepsake of the day . On collection my daughter was keen to tell us about the experience and brought home food she had made , a chef's hat, logo t shirt and recipes from the day . I would recommend the experience to any child who enjoys cooking and anyone who would just like to try a new experience . .
