I’ve had both my children’s appointments cancelled last minute with each appointment rebooked 6 months later, only to be cancelled again. They’ve not been to the dentist in almost 2 yrs now. It use to be such a good practise I’m not sure what’s happened to it.

Did not get any notification from them to say if we do not revisit them every 6 months or so, we would be struck off as a registered patient from their practise.. They used to send a letter, message or email previously when check up was due. They did this to two members of my family members but with me, i had to cancel an appointment and rang them several times to inform them but phone line was constantly engaged up to closing time. I even showed them my phone calls when I went in the next day to explain but they were not interested and struck me off.

I would like to thank my Dentist Sana Javed for making my tooth extraction simple and easy and for putting me at ease!! I suffer with anxiety and she put my mind at ease and my tooth was out within seconds!!! She was amazing The ladies in reception are always friendly and helpful. Great service and friendly staff!!
