The absolute worst place anyone can live, incompetent staff, zero to none service. They rob you blind, 3 weeks without a working lift, constant issues with the hot water, sewage issues, useless security and always some sort of GTA action going on outside. If you would like to be robbed and violated, this is the place to stay 👏🏽

Nice student accommodation for both Aston and BCU. Great common areas with loads to do. Centrally located to town and train stations.

this accommodation has unhooked their phoneline for 4 days now, as they’re afraid parents like myself will expose/argue with them as they have been scamming university students for their money . awful behaviour especially when it’s so close to move in date, no care for students what so ever, money grabbers.

Spent a few weeks staying over here, while in Birmingham for work during the Commonwealth Games. Very basic accomodation and shared communal facilities, like kitchen and laundry. Ok for purpose, if not planning on spending all your time there. Rooms are really poorly ventilated and can get badly hot, so having a fan is a must, if staying there. Lower floors can be really noisy, with passing traffic and antisocial elements up to all sorts in the surrounding area. Plus points are being within easy walking distance of city centre and well served by public transport routes nearby.

Disgusting accom, it has a silverfish infestation, the lifts only work half the time. Also made me leave my flat early to make space for the commonwealth games athletes, despite me being legally contracted to my room for a set amount of time, and the flat they made me move to was a horrible mess with mould on the floor. Some of the staff are nice, some of them really can't be bothered to do their job. Also block C has a mouse infestation and the courtyard has a rat infestation. Very clearly don't care about student wellbeing.
