Been using this chiropodist on College road Kingstanding for 3 years now. Last time i went changed my mind about them, i was treated very shabbily by them so wont use them again. They actually rang me and asked me to remove this review !!!, No record of me coming into your practice, very odd, being as you had my number to call me and ask me to retract my review about 3 weeks ago, its on my phone log so please, lets not add blatant lying to your talents, your on College road with a metal shutter on your shop arent you, you know very well that i have used your practice small reception desk in the front, to the right as you walk in, and your room at the back looking onto a garden ! I did not write it a year after coming in, i edited it again, as you keep trying to make out im mistaken in what practice i used, no im not, ive only ever been to one practice, YOURS!! and its put me of for life, thank you. I wrote this review a day after i visited your office, not a year after as you are trying to make out, as i said before, ive only ever been to one practice, and it is yours !! so no mistake !!

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Having suffered from recurrent foot injuries and visited several podiatrists across Birmingham I have to say this is among the best. Staff were welcoming and professional - went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and comfortable throughout. Facilities and treatment areas were clean and hygienic. My mum and gran have also had treatment here for foot problems - service and results have always been first class.

My mom went to this chiropodist 2 weeks ago. She was in there 20 minutes for £30 a week later she was in total discomfort with the callous under her foot....an absolute ripp off job was not done correctly at all but my mom is too polite to complain. These people are not chiropodist's took mom elsewhere for the same job to be repeated and it was done perfectly.
