I did a one day course back in October and had an excellent experience. The class had about 8 students who all like me had confidence issues when it came to dreaded public speaking assignments. I cant say I came away a fully confident presenter ready to present to massive audiences but I came away with some valuable knowledge and tools that I can practice with and implement which have definitely reduced some of the anxiety.
