FAQ
How do you create individualized treatment plans for patients?
We create individualized treatment plans for our patients by conducting a thorough evaluation of their medical history, current condition, and symptoms. We then use our expertise in craniosacral therapy to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their specific needs and goals. This plan may include a combination of techniques and modalities tailored to the patient's unique situation. What insurance plans do you accept for payment?
We accept various insurance plans for payment, including Bupa, AXA PPP Healthcare, and Simplyhealth. However, we recommend that patients check with their insurance provider to confirm coverage for craniosacral therapy before scheduling an appointment. We also offer self-pay options for those without insurance coverage. What is your policy for cancellations and rescheduling appointments?
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to work with our patients to accommodate their needs while also respecting the time of our therapists. How many sessions will I need and what can I expect during a typical session?
The number of sessions needed varies depending on the individual's condition and response to treatment. During a typical session, the patient will lie fully clothed on a treatment table while the therapist uses gentle touch to evaluate and release restrictions in the craniosacral system. Sessions may last up to an hour, and patients may feel a sense of relaxation or relief following treatment. What is your approach to integrating craniosacral therapy with other treatments or therapies I may be receiving?
We believe in a holistic approach to healthcare and understand that our patients may be receiving other forms of treatment or therapy. We work closely with our patients' healthcare providers to ensure that our treatment plan complements any other therapies they may be receiving. We also provide education and resources to our patients to support their overall health and wellbeing.Reviews

Definitely by far the worst college you can attend. This is the worse course you could consider doing. Absolutely nonsense, completely rip off, no consistency no structure. This college will drain every penny from you and give you nothing in return. The reviews are fake as Thomas promises to gift the books you need in return for a good review. I was treated disgustingly with no regard. They literally play vulnerable people for every penny they can get. The college needs reporting. Not sure why they can charge ยฃ10,000 for a course where you canโt hear a word Thomas is saying throughput the entire course (the old man teaching). This was the worse course Iโve ever done, complete waste of time and money. Steve Hines runs a very similar course where you actually learn cranial sacral therapy. CCST NEED TO BE STUCK OFF, considering they took great pleasure in telling everyone who attended the course, that the other College teaching Creaniol Therapy had been discredited. Most people who do this course end up worse than before they started & donโt learn anything. You will get more out of setting fire to your money than spending it with this college. CCST NEEDS TO BE CLOSEDOWN

I have been waiting to train at the CCST for years now. I have recently experienced Stage A of their one year programme and I can not recommend it enough. You can tell they have been working on the format and experience for over 35years. From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave you are all one yet still treated as an individual (an extremely impressive feat). I cant wait for my next visit.

Truly an amazing place of healing, growth and expantion. Stepping on its doorstep, will definitely take you on the one of the most important journey, journey towards your true, unique self, towards peace and transformation. No words can describe the gratitude I hold towards their teachers, therapist and students ๐

A brilliant one-year training in craniosacral therapy. Definitely not always easy, smooth or comfortable, but so so well worth the ride. What can I say? Itโs been life-changing!

I have absolutely loved this training, it is undoubtedly the best thing I have ever done. Thomas has such incredible knowledge and experience, which has been insightful and a huge learning curve. The structure of the course is managed really well and the sessions never feel overwhelming or stressful it feels relaxed and at the right pace. Thomas is always unflustered and really fosters that calm quiet presence, which we all aspire to have. Its been an absolute honour to train with him. The Tutor team are superb, all offering something different and all really supportive and inspiring. I loved the online revision sessions which kept me on-track between the stages and feeling part of a great support network. I have met some incredible people from all walks of life and feel they will be life-long friends going forward. I have never felt such a huge amount of love and safety so quickly and with such a large group of people I had never met before the course, its such a special and unique experience to be a part of where everyone is supporting each other through their own journey's. Although I'm really sad for it to be coming to an end as we all reach the final stage to qualify, I know the alliances will continue with the students and staff in the years ahead and I will definitely be returning to join the postgraduate courses post graduation. Thank you to all of you from the bottom of my heart. Thanks for helping me make the best of the rest of my life! :)

For me personally this course has completely changed the direction I thought I was heading in, for the better. Along the way there were things I might have thought could be adapted or changed but that's matter of perception and we all would think like this at one point or another. On the whole I enjoyed the course, the team and have made amazing life long friends to boot.

This month's training weekend on the two year craniosacral therapy course was the most exciting one yet! Yes, it happened to coincide with Storm Ciara but that's not the only reason. ๐ I found learning about Spheno-Basilar patterns and especially about the Nervous System fascinating; and the four tutors did a great job sharing and delivering the teaching of all the different topics covered in the weekend. It was the weekend I felt I learnt the most, laughed the most and felt the most relaxed on the course so far. ๐ Storm Ciara played her part: there was a magical and surreal quality to feeling my internal system go quiet and calm, as a fellow student practiced on me, while outside the storm raged loudly and, at times, violently. It was the perfect illustration of craniosacral therapy enabling the body to relax despite being treated in the midst of a storm; and also an opportunity when practising, to find and retain my fulcrum inspite of the tremendous racket of the storm outside. ๐๐ผ
