Nice place for students and couples. Rent included bills and security deposit is low. Studios and shared apartments available. Near to Lidl, Asda Supermarket and Pakistan street. All facilities available near by. Bus stops in 0.3 and 0.4 miles away, train station is available at 0.4 miles. Good location for living. Church and mosque are very near. Just 4 stops away from city centre in bus and 1 stop away in train. Vegetable and meat markets available near bus stop. Good restaurant, banks, schools, greggs, fashion shops, are available. A lot of shops near by. Only problem is crowded roads always. Play area and washing area available in property. Mailbox is also available. Entrance is secured by fob. Bathroom is small and attached to bedroom. Service is so quick and prompt. Mostly Asian and Africa people live here. Nowadays English people are staying here. It’s a happy environment for staying students. It’s just 15 minutes away from Aston and city university when you get an escooter. Bus frequencies are high but national express are unpredictable in timetable. Aldi, tesco, Morrison, Iceland are available in a mile. Parks available nearby. Good place to get new friends from different parts of world. WiFi is super fast and no issues for live streaming to here. Waste management is also good here. Car parking facilities are not provided but you can park infront of gate.
