    Dropped two parcels off for FedEx to collect at Krish Food and Wine, Coventry. Staff scanned them and gave me the receipt and that was the last time I saw the parcels. FedEx have confirmed that they received no booking for them to go and collect the items. This is the responsibility of the staff at the Collect+ point to book with the courier for them to come and collect them after you drop them off there. The receipt they give you is only proof that you have dropped them off and nothing more. As such I cannot even claim compensation for the items because the courier never even received them. Keep getting told by Collect+ that it is not their responsibility and to contact the courier, but the courier cannot do anything if the staff at the Collect+ point never bothered to book them to come and collect! It is a failure by the Collect+ service to fulfil their duties with the goods entrusted to them. Appalling company to deal with because they are almost impossible to contact. No email contact, their website form just sends out automated responses which you cannot reply to and even on TrustPilot they provide a false email address as a contact (emails sent to the address are returned as no such address found).

    absolutely terrible! wasited nearly 8 hours over 6 sessions over 2 weeks to get my parcel sorted. kept being made promises that would be failed to deliver by various managers. to be told today that I haven't spoken to a manager previously yet!! avoid at all cost. customer service hardly speak English, do not read your messaged do not make notes on your case as you will be repeating yourself over and over again.

    What an incompetent company ….4 days of going backwards and forwards to the pickup point…numerous phone calls with people you can barely understand…and then being told it was all my fault is not the way to conduct their business……Take my advise and steer clear, they don’t even deserve the one star I’ve had to give

    Notified parcel is at shop for collection. Leave work in n lunch break to be told it's not arrived at shop. Do you see why this could cause an issue for people. Shows a company that doesn't care. That simple. Otherwise you would be told when it's there. If I see collectionplus in anything I'll avoid. Hopefully sellers will too.

    Absolutely rubbish service from Collectplus. Would give zero stars but cant. Purchased an item which was being delivered by Collect Plus, which they then lost Made a complaint directly and via Resolvr, both were ignored. Use at your own risk!
