A wonderful place with excellent prices and service. After my beloved father Harry passed away at home after hospice care, the undertakers from Colin Fisher who came to retrieve him were very respectful to him. We were called by them later that day with advice and information on the next steps, which we would have been very lost without. I am very grateful for their patience and kindness as we navigated this process. Flowers could be ordered through them, which made getting the arrangements in place much easier and stress-free. Thank you Colin Fisher for the beautiful DAD arrangement, it did me and my siblings proud. On the day of the service they were once again wonderfully respectful. They were fantastic at guiding my brother through being a pallbearer; he had been worried about making a mistake but they were thorough, making sure it went without a hitch. Their website is very clear and easily accessible, with prices and packages clearly displayed. And the communication was consistently very good. We never felt left in the dark. This kind of experience, losing someone precious and finding yourself lost and confused in the world they're no longer in, is made much easier by service like this. I very much recommend it and wish anyone reading this the best.

Cath Chatfield is so kind and goes above and beyond she really cares and Geraldine who did the service was the same. Wonderful. Colin Fishers (Cathy and Colin) handled every aspect of the cremation with service we had planned with them making it so much less stressful for us at a time of great stress and sadness. The service they provide for the prices they offer are a bargain! They very promptly arrived to pick up my dad after he had passed in the early hours of the morning (we tried a number of other places who wanted documents filled out first!!!!) and made sure he was taken to a place of rest. The service itself was incredible, held in the beautiful grounds at Bluebell cemetery with a lovely modern chapel. We had a celebrant (Alan Vance) who carried out the service and visited us a few days before to run through everything, he was amazing - all of our family said they would have him down Luton when they next need someone to do a service. I would highly recommend using Colin Fishers.

It had taken me a while to be able to actually write this review...but not due to not wanting to...belive me. I had to write it though!! I lost my Mum very suddenly in October...still trying to come to terms with it!! I wanted to say that Colin, Cathy and Joe are 3 of the nicest humans that have graced this planet!!!! My Mum (bless her) had a funeral plan and Colin Fisher was the service provider. They were amazing!!!!!! With me every step of the way!!! Always on call!! So supportive, compassionate, caring and never faltering for even one second in their empathy and sympathy. Leaving a review for a funeral directors feels a little strange!! But as funerals and all the activities that go hand in hand along with it go...I really have to say...WOW...they were so personable friendly and supportive I cannot fault any of them...even with what I thought were unusual requests...they were there listening...and there for me...no matter how many times in a day I called them. Like I said...as funerals and the arrangements go...it all went so smoothly. They were all so accommodating, ready and willing to assist. I am so happy that Mum's plan led me to meet Colin Cathy and Joe. They are such wonderful beautiful people. They even arranged special and specific items needed for our church and service. Honestly, from the service I received from Colin and every person I came into contact with while arranging Mums funeral, on the day and in ordering and delivery her grave marker...I don't think any one would be disappointed with this amazing bunch of sweet, friendly and compassionate people. The arrangements were made efficiently and sympathetically, and they even helped obtaining the death certificate. The service itself was everything that we had hoped for and I highly recommend them.

As sad as it is to lose a loved one everyone at Colin Fisher Funeral Directors were so kind, gentle, accommodating and professional. I could not have asked for a better service for mum. We had many 'hiccups' due to the covid pandemic (including delays with medical releases and death certificates) but Colin Fisher Funeral Directors went above and beyond to help us with the arrangements. When we finally secured a date for the funeral we were very particular with our requests but nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to everyone at Colin Fisher Funeral Directors.
