It was my worst experience! I don’t recommend this hotel, pay attention. I stayed there for The Crufts, it’s very close to NEC, so I payed 3 months advanced about 400 GBP for 3 nights with NO CANCEL policy. BUT … please read below. My pet lovers’ room in Grand floor has a broken bathtub, so dirty water went out under the bathtub and filled up in whole bathroom and the bed room floor had wet. I claimed soon it at the 2nd day’s early morning, I also left a message letter on the door, but they did not do anything. I claimed it again at the check out, the front lady apologized it me and promised to write email or call me in the day. I’ve never received any their contacts. Sure, I couldn’t use the bathtub, I must to do so quickly shower to prepare me for the showing with so bad sewage smell. They would continue rent the room in this condition. Disgusting!🤷♀️ (Addition..) The manager wrote here to ask me call them..The hotel has my contact, why I must to call them?! For what?! I usually don’t write any negative comments, but I understood it’d be useful for someone.

We tried to order breakfast at 11.30 was told quite abruptly by the woman behind the bar they stop serving it at 11.30 and couldn't order lunch until 12. It states on the website brunch is severd until 12. , which includes breakfast etc. Perhaps if the times have changed it needs to updated on the website!!
