I have ordered from Coles Books a few times now and I have never seen better packaging from an online bookseller. Wrapped in paper, then put into a cardboard frame before into a box which is then bagged, my book arrived in pristine condition. When ordering from big brands, I have had books arrive with dents, ripped pages, and dirty marks, causing me to then have to arrange replacements. I could not recommend Coles Books higher.

I used to bring my children to Coles Books and always knew theyād be able to give good advice. Now I have grandchildren and one (age 7) is going through a āI donāt like reading or books and donāt want to be convincedā phase. At first look she was āno, nothing Iām interested inā in the age appropriate section but she wanted a bedtime bunnies picture book. I agreed to get that (because sheās rabbit mad, and I didnāt want to push her and put her off even more) but I said what if we asked the book expert if she has any recommendations, and sure enough the lovely lady at the front desk came back to the shelves and looked through with great care, asking Jess what she was interested in. She recommended a book, and I persuaded Jess to give it a try. She loved it, has read it twice, is dressing up as the main character for Book Day and today we went back and bought four more books in the series! Thank you Coleās for helping my granddaughter love books.
