Not very good with communication but turned up when he said he would,checked our tumble dryer and diagnosed fault,asked him to check on price of part and let us know so we could decide if repair viable,I said it probably would be as not a cheap machine,never heard back,wouldn’t answer my calls or reply to text messages or email.
