I'm only leaving 1 star because there is no option for ZERO. While they may be a large company their new customer service is awful. I needed a simple task, might of been small but I have other needs for a solicitor. They couldn't even be bothered to call me back. There is NO WAY I would use them for any of my other business. It really shouldn't be hard for me to give a company my money, don't touch them.
