Unjustifiedly expensive pricing on their products. Also, keep in mind that they do nót cover your shipping costs for returns. This is especially noteworthy as their return address is in the UK, meaning that as of 2021, you'll pay astronomical amounts just to be able to return your product. One positive thing to mention is their customer service. I've received clear, swift and helpful responses to my e-mailed questions everytime.

We have a number of old desks inherited from an expensive west end dealing room - we had to evacuate our office when there was a flood. On moving back in small parts called Vesa plates had gone missing and this effectively kept all our staff out of the office. Kelly from CBS was absolutely exceptional in organising, taking payment and keeping us posted on their delivery time. Great company to deal with.

It is a business selling computer monitor arms. It is nothing special, the products nor the people. Beware prone are nice and friendly on the outside but most of them in the inside are sneaky and sly. There are of course exceptions to the rule. They interior is ok, clean liking and modern-ish for the reception and break out area. The offices next door aren't quite so modern and clean in the Victorian/ Georgian style house. Quite frankly there are some areas of it that poise ahealth and safety risk too. Products are nothing special and really aren't worth the amount of money they charge.
