Fantastic customer service, really happy with the outcome and would highly recommend. We will be using again. Even when the company delivering our carpet (separate to Cole's Carpet) failed to deliver it on two separate occasions. Jeff came round to the house to make sure an alterative was available and re-arranged work to accommodate this.
