Kesh is a top guy, affable and pleasant. Nicki on the other hand, who purports to be the general manager is stubborn, belligerent and rude. Such a shame to have our initial contact sullied by this specimen. Edit 21/12/22 to Cole Hire's response; I won't be phoning you for fear that Nicki tries to get her talons into me again, and no I hadn't booked, I consider this a lucky escape on my part.
