Kate is very personable and after an in depth conversation at the beginning of the planning stage she demonstrated real insight into what we needed although we didn't know this ourselves. The plans that she drew up were perfect for us incorporating existing furniture which we wanted to keep, she wanted to ensure that our house reflected our own personalities. She always presented several versions covering a wide range of budgetary options which was really helpful. It was very much a negotiated process but allowed excellent use of her expertise. The realisation of the ideas through the project management was very professionally carried out, she made sure that the tradesmen involved worked to the highest standard at all times, which took pressure of ourselves. We are highly delighted with all the results in our porch, hallway, upstairs landing and our dining room. Our visitors comment on the changes and there is certainly a fresh new wow factor in our home. From the moment I met Kate she made me feel at ease and was so professional. I wanted to remodel the lounge and make the house feel more special. Kate's proposal was bold and something I would have not conceived myself or perhaps gone for, but the end results are totally spectacular. Every day I look at the lounge and have a massive smile on my face - its just wonderfully classy and I am so happy with her work both in design and project managing the trades. We engaged Kate`s design service to transform our newly renovated house into a family home. Conceptually we knew what we wanted to achieve but appreciated that we needed help turning that idea into reality. Kate came to our house before the renovation started and she was present throughout the whole 12 month process to support, guide and advice. Kate has done as amazing job. She genuinely listened to our ideas, was really easy to deal with and provided us with amazing colour scheme options. Due to her experience and expertise Kate suggested a colour scheme that we would have never been brave enough to select ourselves, I’m glad we put our trust in her as the outcome was fantastic. Not only did she advise on paint colours, she also advised on types and tones for flooring, kitchen work tops and kitchen units to ensure every element of the design complemented each other. A successful house remodel requires multiple skilled trades as well as a quality architect and Kate’s role was equally essential to their work. Without her involvement we would not have the look and feel of a home that we had always dreamed of. If I could give Kate an extra star I would. Kate worked on our entire project from design concept to full project management service. She transformed a tired, dated, dark looking flat into a luxurious, airy, bright and inviting home. She has great ideas and she communicates this clearly in her concept proposal and also in her verbal explanation. She actively listens and nothing is too difficult for her- she tries to help and finds a solution to every issue/problem I encountered in the project management phase. She is very mindful of our budgeting too. Her biggest strengths are her organisational skills and commitment to delivering the best quality in a timely manner. Kate is lovely and has been an absolute pleasure to work with- I would not hesitate to recommend her and her team. Kate and Co, I cannot thank you enough!
