  contacted Darren as had a kitchen floor where my fitted had under estimated the size and needed just 5 more tiles. Every other supplier I contacted couldn't help, but Darren could and agreed to 'split' a pack for just the amount of tiles I needed. Amazing, perfectly packed and so very pleased.

  Had a 60 square meter engineered oiled oak floor laid by CBF. We had looked around all over the place until we ventured to their showroom in Harrogate and were really impressed by the friendly staff. Knowledgable and not at all pushy! We agreed on the floor and it was fitted really professionally and efficiently. The space was awkward with multiple doors, hearths etc. One bit of floor needed levelling. That was was 4 years ago and there has not been so much as a single sqeak or creak. The flooring still looks amazing, the room is much, much warmer and it takes abuse from 4 adults, 3 children and two dogs! Just been in again today to discuss doing the rest of the floor and received the same fantastic service experience. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you Cold Bath Flooring team!

  In my experience slow and expensive. In repsonce to the owners response… I was just referring to the first carpet. We were never told it would take 6 months! Also no one seemed to know much about the order or call us with any updates. Just wanted more customer service really. Appreciate its hard during covid but a call would be nice. In terms of the passive aggressive comment about how lovely my parents are, considering my mum has been paralysed and unable to speak for 2 years it seems a bit of a silly comment.

  I had used this company a couple of years and had been very happy with both the product and service so it seemed the obvious choice when we wanted the bedroom floor fitted out to match the living area. As I was acting on behalf of a relative who lives 70 miles away all arrangements were made by telephone and email. Jane, Darren and the fitter were very helpful in ensuring that everything went smoothly with the fitting which was carried out within a short time of ordering. They went the extra mile in squaring things up after the fit. It was very reassuring to know that my brother was in such cable hands as he suffers from dementia. Darren called throughout the day to keep me updated on the progress and also highlighted the issues that would need to be addressed by my brothers carers. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others. My brother was very pleased with the finished flooring and commented on how well the job had been done.
