Just had a visit from Ali at Cold direct and was really pleased with the speed with which he responded to my call for help. I only contacted him yesterday and he was available to carry out the work next day, which is what he has just done. He was the only one who was available at short notice. Everyone was giving excuses but he got here, found the problem and got the job done. While he was here, another call came through and he was off again to that job like SUPERMAN! A good worker knows his job and is ready for the next one. I will recommend Ali to everyone, if you what your problem solved at very short notice. EVERYONE NEEDS AN ALI! The freezer in our Smeg Fridge Freezer had stopped working. Two companies came out and declared the appliance beyond help, advising us that we would have to replace the whole thing. Not cheap. Ali came out and fixed it. Saving us hundreds of pounds. Simply cannot recommend highly enough. Absolutely brilliant and really easy to work with. Thank you!
