    If you are in a wheelchair or kids with pram there is no lift for you to get to platform 1, even though at front ticket office there is a special wide gate for wheelchair users and prams, then loads of steps to go down, absolutely terrible,

    Staff member at the ticket office is not helpful and not friendly. I was rushing to collect a ticket for a train coming in 5 minutes. I said “excuse me” for a few times but the staff member never noticed. I had to knock on the counter window to draw her attention. (Feels like I was bothering her?!) My card was not working when I tapped it, I didn’t know what’s wrong and what should I do. She was not helpful and just let me being helpless standing in front of the ticket counter. At last I used another card to collect the ticket and run to the platform for the train. (I didn’t know that I can use the other card to collect the ticket until I asked!) If you need to take a train here, what I suggest is to get an e-ticket online to avoid any communication with the staff!
