How could you make the experience of Your mum dying worse..? Visit this registry office. Their computer systems went down, they were understaffed but somehow the feelings of the registrar were far more important than those of someone who had suffered the devastating loss of their mum. The experience was awful and if you have to register the death of a loved one then I'd recommend you do it somewhere else. Worst service ever received especially at a time when you need people to be sensitive
