Thanks for that, I've just sent you yet another email with screenshot of your website, I write reviews based on my experience, I hate writing negatively about shops but I hate getting taken too. This has been going on for 3 months, unanswered emails then rushed replies asking for bank details when you already have them. £58 I paid, I stand my ground.
