Visited MSS to get my bike tweaked - great service, bike is awesome…but what ‘made’ my visit was the welcome and consideration the shop staff gave to my dogs whilst i was waiting. One of my dogs is a new rescue and shes very nervous. When i went to get the dogs from my car, and then came back into the shop, the staff were all crouching / sittjng down so-as not to intimidate her. That was brilliant and soo appreciated. Im tryng to give my new dog some great new experiences and this was excellent for her. Thank you so much. Really really appreciated.

Brilliant service and attention 10/10 To Shauna who helped from start to finish ! Update 21/05/23. Took my motorbike in for its first revision and was charged £220 for an air filter change and an oil top up which took them 2h so they charged me £80 an hour for a 30min job. Will def not be going back there to service my bikes !

Disgusting behaviour today from this company the attitude towards my father was gross they tried to over charge him on his service of his bike. Left him without food or water and he has diabetes I would avoid at all costs worst service ever!!!!!!!

Very disappointed in my experience in purchasing my motorcycle (Aprilia RSV4 - £13,000) from Colchester motorcycles in June. Having driven 200 miles to their shop, after the salesman advised the would not except part of the payment (via credit card). This seamed bazaar to me, as I have never had any issues doing this before with any other business. Still, wanted the bike, so completed this process. Waited over two weeks for the bike to be delivered. The bike was delivered by a pleasant chap, who stated he had only been in the job for a few days. He did the job well and stated the bike and made a video of the delivery. All seemed well. About an hour later I popped out for a ride to my local petrol system to fill the bike up. Upon attempting to start the bike there was now power from the battery to start the bike. Called a family member to rescue me and bike from the petrol station and returned home. I then called Colchester to advise if the problem, where the same salesman could not be less interested. After giving me the ‘silent Pause’ treatment, he finally stated that someone from the service department would call me. A few days past where a chap from the service department called. I explained what happened on my first ride. He advised to bring the bike in. I advised that I was 200 miles away, so this was not going to be overly possible due to the issue. The chap then stated that someone would call back the following day to discuss the matter further as they were short staffed that day. No one ever called me back. A pleasant lady called asking if I would leave a review. I explained my issue with the bike, where she advised she would chase this up. Again no one ever called me back. Several calls were made to chase this up, but no one ever called me back. Be warned purchasing a bike. Once they have your money, they are not interested if any issues arise. Almost a year on, and they still have not even responded to this review. Guessing they only respond to positive reviews?!
