Have to say that Dr Wicky and Nurse Jancy were absolutely amazing today. My husband was taken in the red area as he is covid positive and the whole department were so kind to not only him but me also. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, and we were kept up to date every step of the way. Can't thank the department enough.

Came here a few times when I was a university student and I was always impressed by the treatment I received by the staff. There’s nothing that can be done about waiting times, there is no one to blame, but once they start attending to you, they really do pay attention to every detail you mention. My problems were always solved with the most care and dignity. Thank you to the NHS staff and thank you to the paramedics, receptionists and everyone in the multi disciplinary team of healthcare professionals here.
